Hello! Hello! Vacay Recap

This summer is speeding by at record speed, and even though this blog has been a little ignored this year, I didn't want to miss an update about our recent vacay to Florida!  Matt and I had such an amazing time, and I wanted to ensure I captured our trip on this blog.

To celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary, and to just get out of town for a few days, we packed up our car and headed south.............

Hello Pensacola Beach! For six days we enjoyed amazing weather, delicous food, and lots of sun!  And, in normal Davis fashion we failed to take many photos.  Here are a few pictures we did capture:

Our daily routine consisted of:

9 am(ish) - Wake Up, breakfast and off to the Beach
9:30 a.m. - Beach chair secured, and let the morning nap and sunning begin
(As the sun became hotter, we retreated to the ocean to cool off and then back to chilling)
12:30 p.m. - Head to pool to cool off, and then a quick lunch
1:30 p.m. - Back in beach, more napping, and sunning
4:30 p.m. - Back to the pool for a little more chilling
6:00 p.m. - Get ready for dinner
7:00 p.m. - Dinner / Shopping
9:30 p.m. - Back to hotel
10:00 p.m. In bed, a little Jimmy Fallon and back to sleep

This routine = PERFECTION!!

We had such an incredible trip, and ate at some of the best restaurants, and even got in a little outlet shopping too!

We headed home in time for the Annual Davis Fireworks Spectacular, and then enjoyed the rest of the weekend with the family. 

Another great vacation in the books, and looking forward to planning our next trip.
