Sometimes We Just Need to Tell Someone.......

Monday Night, I hurried from work, and headed to a meeting with some of my favorite ladies, my NorthStar Women's Ministry Leadership Team.  We were having an incredible time catching up and sharing, when one of our sweet sisters told us she prayed for each of us, every morning, on her drive to work.  I said, "EVERY MORNING?" and she smiled and confirmed EVERY morning. 

It got me thinking that sometimes we need to let people know when we are lifting them up in prayer.  I pray for friends, family, and colleagues each day on my drive to work; however, I do not let those friends know that they are my heart, and I prayed for them that day.  However, Monday night I was encouraged to share, from time to time, with friends and family when the Lord leads me to pray for them. 

"As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend." (Proverbs 27:17)
