To sum up my weekend: relaxing, laughter, and lots of fun!! A good friend and I kicked off Friday evening with dinner at Aubrey's. We talked and caught up on life, and finally headed home after 10 p.m. Saturday morning, we got up early and headed to what I hope to be our new home, for home inspection! Everything went great, and if termite inspection and appraisal come back okay, then we will be another step closer to buying our new home next month!!
We then headed home to visit our families. We had a wonderful dinner Saturday evening with the Montgomery's (thanks Rene for a delicious meal); an incredible time with family and friends Sunday afternoon and night with yummy food, swimming, and fireworks, and a relaxing Monday swimming and catching up with Kristy and Jamie and the Davis Family.
The weekend was GREAT, and now its back to reality. Lots of BIG work projects due this week; along with a major event in town. Still love it.......and, wouldn't have it any other way.
