Today has been relaxing and reflecting. I believe this is the first Mother's Day that I have spent away from my mom, which is an odd feeling in-its-self. Kind of like the first Christmas morning I woke up in a place other than my parent's house. I had a peace; however, it was just different.And it is days like today, that I miss living so close to home. Close to my family and my best friends. Close to the day-to-day living of those who matter most in my life. And even though I love Knoxville, very much, on days like today I miss home.
Everything else is going well. We just booked our 1st 1/2 of vacation plans, and hopefully tonight we will finalize the rest of the week. I am looking forward to celebrating our two year anniversary soon, and then later this summer my parents 40th Wedding Anniversary, which will be lots of fun. Love to All,
