Motivation Monday Week #2


Good Monday!!!  I can't believe how fast these weeks are flying by, before we know it, it will be December!  Ha!  This weekend was incredible.  We headed to Sevierville for a day of shopping, followed by Sunday at church and an afternoon of relaxing.   The weather was INCREDIBLE, and I am feel so blessed that Matt was home all weekend so we could spend some much needed time together. 


This week is going to be busy.  I kick off today with a lunch with one of my favorite people in Knoxville, and then I am headed to NC for work meetings, with hopes that I make it back in time for women's bible study.  I absolutely love my career, and I am so blessed for all the opportunities it has allowed me to experience.  

Motivation Monday

Last week, I kicked off Motivation Monday.  Laying out three goals I had for the week ahead.  Last week goals were: 1) Exercise More, 2) Ban Sweet Cereals from our house, and 3) Add an apple to breakfast.  

How did I do?  I did great on #2 & #3, the exercise part just did not happen.  After extremely long days, it is so hard to get motivated to go to the gym because I am exhausted.  However, I talked with two of my friends, and I think I am going to start working out with them in two weeks, once life settles back down.  

Until then, here are my three goals for this week:

 
 Do three days of three-hundreds! 
(3 Sets of 10: Push-Ups, Squats, Crunches)

 No eating after 9:00 p.m.

 
 Add a piece of fruit to lunch.
