Good Monday Morning!


Its Monday, and that means a busy week is ahead.  I rested as much as possible over the weekend, and packed my fridge and cabinets with lots of healthy foods, fruit, and veggies in hopes that I will not get sick.  I have been battling allergies for two weeks, and I am hoping it does not get worse.  I have two BIG projects going on at work this week, and I really looking forward to being able to breathe next week!  Until then, I thought I would share this week's Motivation Monday!  Here are my goals:

Getting 7 Hours of Sleep Each Night.


Taking Vitamins Everyday!!!

 Saying No to Candy!!!  There is always candy around the office, and I must say NO!!  
Those little mini-bags of candy add up calories! 

My other Monday goals are going great.  I am hoping to get back to the gym next week, once life slows down a little.   I hope you have a  great week!!  Cheers!
