Its Monday! And, like many Mondays in my life, I begin the week vowing to eat healthier, workout more, and get 7+ hours of sleep a night. Anyone else do the same? However, it seems like by Thursday of each week, my diet is out the window, my exercise is slim to none, and I'm lucky to get 5 hours a sleep each night.
So this week, I am kicking off Motivation Monday. Three tips to help motivate myself to stick with my health goals and in turn hope I drop a few pounds this month:
Exercise two times at the gym, and twice at home this week!!
Give up sugar cereal!
This has ALWAYS been my vice.
I don't like sugar cereals for breakfast,
but I LOVE to snack on this stuff at night!
BAAAADDDD.....I know. This week, I am saying GOODBYE!
Add an Apple to my Breakfast!
I have been eating a banana with my protein bar;
however, this week I am switching it up to apples
and hoping I will stay fuller long!
