It's Monday..........

Happy Monday!!!   I have a funny feeling that a hectic week is ahead.  However, I am making a point of spending a few moments each morning in the Word and with my FAVORITE bible devotion, Jesus Calling.  If you haven't heard of this bible devotion it is a short daily devotion written in first person, as if the Lord is speaking the scriptures.  To learn more about it, check out this link HERE!!

Last week, I decided to change up my breakfast from bran cereal and banana to an Atkins Bar and fresh strawberries and blueberries.  The bar is packed with protein and fiber, and only has 5 WW points if you are on that plan.  Here is the one I love:


I also added a Women's Vitamin Pack to my diet and trying to drink tea each evening before bed.

I've decided if I can take these for 30 days straight, I will invest in a higher quality vitamin with time release specifics, but for now, I am need to get in the vitamin habit again! 
Back in my super-healthy days, I drank one cup of this tea a day,and felt INCREDIBLE! 
I usually drink at night, but it is also great in the morning.
