I've Been Published!!!!

As many of you know, I work in the Fair Industry, and a few months ago the International Association of Fairs and Expos (IAFE) asked if I could write an article on the importance of Public Relations practices in Social Media. I am very excited, but you'all know that journalism is something I've struggled with for many years. Even serving as managing editor at a Business Publication, I truly allowed the Devil to convince me I was no good. That I would always fail. in writing. However, over the last few years, I have worked very hard, and today I am more confident in my writing. I am no New York Times writer, but I try.

Here is the inside story!! In the Fair Industry, we call everything "On a Stick" because most food is on a stick when you come to the Fair!

These are My Favorite, Everyday Websites. And I am SUPER SUPER Pumped, because the 3rd one down is Brian Solis, and I just found out TODAY that he is coming to our local PRSA meeting in May to speak, and I have so much respect for him, and I am just so excited!!!! Can you tell!!

So on this "Thankful Thursday" I am thankful that I have a career that allows me to grow, learn, create, and be challenged EVERYDAY!! I am thankful that the Lord has called me for such a time as this!!
