Striving to Live a Life of Adventure, Excellence, and Faith.

Quiet Sunday Afternoons..............

Its been several weeks since I've experienced a quiet Sunday afternoon.  After sleeping in (thank you day-light savings time), and enjoying a great Sunday lunch, its so nice to have the windows open, laundry going, and simply a quiet Sunday afternoon.

Life lately has been fairly calm.  We are in the midst of house hunting, and trying to determine if we should buy a house or embark on the journey of building a home. Yesterday, we spent all afternoon looking at houses, and still are not finding exactly what we are looking for in a home.

Work has been busy, but a lot of exciting projects going on.  I spent most of this week in Nashville, and was so happy to FINALLY make it home Thursday night and out of all the ice and snow that hit middle TN.

All and all life is good.  The Lord continues to bless us so very much, and I am so thankful how everything has fallen into place.   Here are a few pics from the last week:

Kicked off the week working on all new creative for our new special exhibit at the Museum.
This is the old banner, and excited to reveal our new look for the exhibit.

Before leaving on Tuesday to head to Nashville, we found some time to look at several homes in Piney Flats.

Kicked off Wednesday morning with a tourism breakfast in Nashville.  Loved seeing all of our region's tourism leaders and government officials.

BCM's leader giving an update to the group on the museum, festival, and much more.

Woke up to all this snow and ice in Nashville.  So blessed to stay downtown at an awesome condo.

Best FB Post of the week.  Realized that Chris is officially OBSESSED with Hattie B's.  LOL!!

After finishing our meeting and grabbing lunch, we braved the weather and hit the Interstate for the 5 hour drive home.  Check out these roads, they were aweful.

On Friday, one of our awesome board members brought cup cakes to our office to celebrate the amazing business plan our team completed last week.  These cupcakes were amazing.

Friday night we caught up with these two, and my sis in law always keeps us laughing.
It was the perfect way to end the week.

Happy Sunday Friends!
