Our lunch of choice was Tomato Head. If you are ever in downtown Knoxville in Market Square I would defiantly offer this as a great lunch option.

Tonight, my evening consists of a little work catch up, exercise, and catching up on my bible study. We are almost finished with Daniel, and I am looking forward to seeing my Bible Study Group within the next couple of weeks.
Finally, I placed an Amazon order over the weekend. I ordered a couple of books and a DVD I am EAGER to see.
I am so excited to read this book. Lauren Weisberger has been one of my Favs since the Devil Wears Prada and Chasing Harry Wintson, and I am excited to read her new book. Below is a video clip of the author discuss the book.
During vacation, I did a lot of thinking about my health and PCOS. Since being diagnosed in 2006 I have honestly just taking meds and thought nothing else about it; however, to keep me from developing a greater disease and in hopes of having a family some day, I HAVE to get serious about overcoming PCOS. After lots of research, I came across this book with lots of helpful advice and tips, and look forward to reading and educating myself.
Yes, you saw this right. I have been eager to watch this movie for the last few months, and when I found it online for $10, I could not help but get the DVD. :-)
I hope your having a great Monday, and enjoy the rest of your week!!
